Albert Chislington grew up in the industrial North and distinguished himself from an early age in the armed forces.
In 1838 he lead an expedition to conquer the South Pole and claim it for the newly appointed queen and her empire.
Under-equipped and unprepared, his expedition failed miserably and most of his men died. Albert himself was rescued
by a race of blue skinned people leading a secluded existence in a hidden city in Antartica. He was rebuilt using their
orgone technology and chose to live amongst them. Easily bored by peace, he discovered some ancient anti-demon alarms and
devices and set about reforming the anti-demon squads from Antartican history. He has been travelling the globe following his prey ever since.
King Zero is able to remotely lower the temperature of people or things around him, and employs this to immobilise opponents or
skate across the ground at high speed. As an orgone-enhanced being he is practically immortal, and has strength and endurance well
above a normal human. He can also employ the orgone energy to a number of debilitating effects in combat.
In combat, king zero is one of the teams heavy hitters. He is slow and works best at close range, but this is not too great a handicap
for someone who can slow his opponents down even more by freezing them in their tracks.
King Zero often acts as the teams field commander, due to his many years of experience fighting supernatural enemies and unflinching love of violence and warfare.
Off the field he is something of a liability to the team with his unbending Victorian values towards women and foreigners and practically everyone but himself.
